Meet Ms. Liz

Ms. Liz relocated to South Florida from Southern California three years ago and brings over 20 years of experience in education. She holds a Master of Arts degree with an emphasis in Special Education and Child Development and has devoted her career to helping children with diverse learning needs thrive academically and emotionally.

With extensive training in systematic phonics instruction, Orton‑Gillingham strategies, and now The Alexander Reading Method, Ms. Liz is skilled in delivering structured, multisensory literacy support that meets students exactly where they are. She is passionate about guiding children toward confident, independent reading and believes that strong foundational skills open the door to lifelong learning.

Families appreciate her warm, encouraging teaching style. Ms. Liz designs engaging lessons that make learning joyful while honoring each child’s unique learning profile. She is committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where students feel safe to take risks, build resilience, and celebrate their progress. Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with families, educators, therapists, and community professionals to ensure every child receives the individualized support they need to succeed.

Outside the classroom, Ms. Liz enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, relaxing at the beach, and being out on a boat enjoying the ocean.
