Meet Ms. Hailey


Ms. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of La Verne and a Master’s degree in Education from Claremont Graduate University. She is trained in Kagan instructional strategies and brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, pedagogical expertise, and research‑based practice to her work with students.

Across six years in K–12 public school settings, Ms. Hailey has developed strong experience in both literacy and math instruction. She has supported students through targeted academic intervention, providing explicit, structured teaching in foundational reading skills, fluency, comprehension, and academic language. Her work includes whole‑class instruction as well as individualized tutoring designed to build confidence and independence.

Ms. Hailey is committed to evidence‑based teaching that adapts to the diverse needs of learners. She designs purposeful, engaging lessons grounded in best practices across literacy and mathematics, ensuring instruction is rigorous, accessible, and responsive.
