Ms. Megan

Ms. Megan is an experienced and nurturing educator with 13 years of teaching expertise and a Master’s in Education from UMass Boston. She began her career in Boston, where she taught general education, special education, and English language learners across grades K–6. In 2021, she relocated to Miami and most recently taught kindergarten at Fisher Island Day School.

Meeting each child exactly where they are has always been at the center of Megan’s teaching. She has spent years designing thoughtful learning centers and differentiated lessons that help every student feel confident, supported, and capable of growth at every milestone. Megan believes children learn best when they feel comfortable, engaged, and excited to explore. Her classroom is filled with play, hands‑on activities, and learning games that spark curiosity and make learning joyful. She takes time to truly know her students as individuals, ensuring each child feels valued, understood, and celebrated.

Teaching children to read is one of Megan’s greatest passions. She is deeply committed to helping families feel confident that their child is in caring, experienced hands and set up for long‑term success—both academically and emotionally.
