Ms. Hayley

Ms. Hayley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education with endorsements in Reading and ESOL in 2021 and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. Her background includes supporting students across grades K–12 in both academic and behavioral domains, giving her a well‑rounded understanding of how to help learners thrive in a variety of settings.

She is especially passionate about early literacy and language development, and she loves helping students build confidence in reading, writing, and communication. Her approach centers on meeting each child exactly where they are, celebrating their strengths, and providing the structured, supportive instruction they need to grow.

With a proactive mindset, Ms. Hayley emphasizes early intervention and skill‑building to prevent future academic challenges and ensure students feel capable and successful. She is excited to be part of a team that prioritizes growth, confidence, and a genuine love of learning for every child.
