Ms. Rachael

Rachael earned a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Penn State University and has years of experience teaching children in Pre-K through fourth grade.
Rachael has a passion for working with kids, and values being able to make a positive impact on their learning development. She specializes in teaching phonemic awareness, letter sound recognition, reading comprehension, and fine motor skills. She appreciates that children are unique and learn in different ways. She is dedicated to creating personalized instruction for each student that is engaging, effective, and most importantly fun. It is important to Rachael that her students believe in themselves. She focuses on seeing the strengths in each child, and makes it a priority to help them build confidence from the start.

 All children are capable of success with the right guidance and tools. Her goal is to help children have the strategies to become great learners, fall in love with reading, and have fun while doing it!
