Meet Ms. Jordana
After changing careers to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher, Ms. Jordana has spent nearly a decade inspiring young minds across New York City. She holds a master’s degree in childhood education and has taught in both public and private school settings, bringing her passion and creativity into every classroom she enters.
Ms. Jordana specializes in working with young learners ages 2.5 through 2nd grade, guiding them through the earliest stages of literacy and foundational learning. Driven by a deep love for reading, she continued her professional journey by earning a second Master’s degree in Teaching Literacy.
Her favorite moments in teaching come when she sees students transition from learning to read, to reading to learn—unlocking a world of imagination, curiosity, and confidence. She believes that reading should be both meaningful and magical, and she works closely with families to build strong, supportive relationships that help every child thrive.
Whether it’s a silly story or a grand adventure, Jordana delights in showing her students just how far a book can take them.
